API Terms

TREBLO API TERMS
Dated August 20th, 2026.

1. AGREEMENT
These API Terms are an agreement between you ("you," "Customer") and
Sonauto, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") and govern your access to
and use of the Treblo developer application programming interface,
including its endpoints, documentation, keys, and credits (the "API").
The Treblo Terms of Service (the "Legal Terms," available at
https://treblo.com/tos) are incorporated into these API Terms and apply
to your use of the API, except that in the event of a conflict between
the Legal Terms and these API Terms with respect to the API, these API
Terms control. By creating an API key, purchasing API credits, or using
the API, you agree to these API Terms. If you use the API on behalf of
an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. API LICENSE AND COMMERCIAL USE
Subject to these API Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the API in
accordance with our documentation, including in commercial products,
applications, and services you offer to your own end users. The
prohibitions in the Legal Terms on automated access, scripts, and
commercial use of the Services do not apply to your authorized use of
the API or of the musical and/or audio content generated for you
through the API ("API Outputs").

3. API OUTPUTS
Ownership of API Outputs is as set forth in Section 8 (OUTPUT) of the
Legal Terms: as between you and us, and to the extent permitted by
applicable law, you own any right, title, or interest that may exist in
your API Outputs, and we assign to you all our right, title, and
interest, if any, in and to them. Except as set out in Section 9 below
and in the PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES section of the Legal Terms (as
modified by Section 2), nothing in these API Terms restricts your or
your end users' use, publication, distribution, public performance, or
monetization of API Outputs. Our
rights in your API inputs and API Outputs are limited to the license in
Section 4 below. You are solely responsible for API Outputs
and your use of them, and we make no warranties or representations
regarding API Outputs, including as to their copyrightability or
legality. Due to the nature of machine learning, API Outputs may not
be unique, and the Services may generate the same or similar output
for other users.

4. YOUR CONTENT; NO MODEL TRAINING
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host,
store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display the prompts, lyrics,
tags, audio, and other content you submit to the API ("API Inputs") and
your API Outputs solely as necessary to (a) provide, secure, and
support the API and related services, (b) enforce these API Terms and
our policies, including content moderation, and
(c) comply with applicable law.
WE DO NOT USE YOUR API INPUTS OR API OUTPUTS TO TRAIN OR FINE-TUNE
GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODELS.
We do not publish API Inputs or API Outputs to the public areas of the
Services. In
providing the API we use third-party service providers (for example,
cloud hosting and storage providers, and AI providers that may process
text inputs for prompt assistance and moderation). Our
Privacy Policy (https://treblo.com/privacy) describes our processing of
personal information. We retain API request and output records to
operate the service and for billing.

5. YOUR END USERS
If you make the API available through your own application or service,
you are solely responsible for your application, your end users, and
the content they submit through your application, including providing
any legally required terms and privacy disclosures to them, obtaining
any necessary rights and consents, handling their support requests, and
ensuring their use complies with these API Terms. You may not represent
that we sponsor or endorse your application.

6. ATTRIBUTION
When implementing the API in any user-facing application or service,
you must prominently display an attribution link to Treblo, such as the
text "Powered By Treblo." The attribution must be clearly visible to
end users, displayed in a prominent location within the application or
service, maintain legible font size and contrast, and link to
https://treblo.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any
account in violation of this requirement. The attribution requirement
may be waived through a separate commercial agreement; contact us at
api@treblo.com.

7. API KEYS AND SECURITY
API keys are confidential. You are responsible for safeguarding your
API keys and for all activity under them, and you must notify us
promptly at api@treblo.com if you believe a key has been compromised.
You may not share, sell, or transfer API keys, or use another
customer's keys. We may suspend or revoke keys to protect the Services.

8. CREDITS, FEES, AND BILLING
API usage is billed through prepaid credits, purchased individually
(pay-as-you-go) or included with a subscription plan, as described on
our pricing page. Credits are not money or a monetary equivalent, do
not constitute a deposit, stored value, or account balance, have no
cash value, are non-transferable, and, except as required by
applicable law, are non-refundable.
Credits included with a subscription plan are set to the plan's
allowance at the start of each billing period and do not roll over:
unused plan credits lapse when the billing period renews, when you
change plans, and when your plan is canceled, lapses, or is
terminated. Purchased pay-as-you-go credits do not expire and are not
affected by plan changes or cancellation. When credits are deducted,
credits included with your subscription plan are consumed before
pay-as-you-go credits.
If you enable automatic top-up, you authorize us to charge your
payment method on file when your balance falls below your configured
threshold.
We may change the prices at which credits and plans are sold
prospectively; such changes do not affect credits you already hold.
The number of credits consumed by particular features or models may
also change prospectively as our costs and offerings change.

9. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or provide raw access to the API
itself (as opposed to your own application built on it) without our
written permission; (b) circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate
limits, credit accounting, moderation, or other technical controls;
(c) use the API to generate content that is unlawful or that infringes
the rights of any third party, or submit API Inputs you do not have the
rights to use; (d) use the API or API Outputs to train, or create
datasets for training, machine-learning models that generate music;
(e) use the API in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on the
Services; (f) use the API in violation of the PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
section of the Legal Terms (as modified by Section 2 above); or
(g) submit API Inputs containing the voice, image, or likeness of an
identifiable individual without that individual's consent, or claim or
suggest that API Outputs were created, performed, or endorsed by an
identifiable individual when they were not, or use an identifiable
individual's name or identity to title, describe, advertise, or
promote API Outputs without that individual's consent.

10. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
The API is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify,
deprecate, or discontinue API features at any time. Features, models, or
endpoints designated as alpha, beta, preview, or experimental are
provided as-is, may be modified or discontinued at any time without
notice, and may be subject to additional terms. We may update these API
Terms as described in the Legal Terms; material changes will be
notified as provided there, and your continued use of the API after
the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. DISCLAIMERS; LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION; DISPUTES
The DISCLAIMER, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, GOVERNING
LAW, and DISPUTE RESOLUTION sections of the Legal Terms apply to your
use of the API, and your indemnification obligations extend to claims
arising out of your application and your end users' use of it.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION
These API Terms apply while you use the API. We may suspend or
terminate your API access as described in the Legal Terms, including
for breach of these API Terms. Upon termination, your license to
access the API ends, but any right, title, or interest you may have in
API Outputs generated prior to termination is unaffected. Sections 3,
4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.
