In childhood’s light, I saw no divide,
Being different felt right, side by side.
But as I grew, their laughter stung,
My heart grew heavy, too young, too strong.
Bullied and broken, I cried in the dark,
Searching for hope, a flickering spark.
Then life struck hard, I lost my grace,
Yet strength was born within that space.
Through pain and fall, I carried on,
A scholar of scars, still holding strong.
Now I stand tall, though battles remain,
An unbroken spirit, forged through pain.
