Lyrics
[Drop] Number one
Number one
[Verse 1] Silver coins
Down the red metal slot
Ready
Fingers twitching on the trigger
Cold
Blue
Ice in my chest
Heavy breathing through the plastic headset
Caught you staring at the screen again
Game on
Winner takes the prize
[Chorus] Come play with my Pokémon
We can stay up till the break of dawn
Turn me on
Make me evolve
Every little touch
You solve it all
Come play with my Pokémon
In your arms is where I belong
Catch my heart if you can hold on
Baby you’re my number one
[Drop] Number one
Number one
[Verse 2] No cheat codes
Just a little bit of luck
High score
Watching the pixels bleed out
Slow
Steady
Blowing out the dust
Plastic rattling on the wooden table
I think I finally figured out your pattern
Too fast
Running out of time
[Chorus] Come play with my Pokémon
We can stay up till the break of dawn
Turn me on
Make me evolve
Every little touch
You solve it all
Come play with my Pokémon
In your arms is where I belong
Catch my heart if you can hold on
Baby you’re my number one
[Drop] Number one
Number one
[Bridge] I see you
I want you
I need you
We don't need sleep tonight
Everything feels so right
No game over
Just press replay
Press replay
Press replay
[Chorus] Come play with my Pokémon
We can stay up till the break of dawn
Turn me on
Make me evolve
Every little touch
You solve it all
Come play with my Pokémon
In your arms is where I belong
Catch my heart if you can hold on
Baby you’re my number one
[Drop] Number one
Number one
Number one
Number one
